The term of office of the committee members is based on the principle of one academic year, and they may be re-appointed upon expiration.
If the members mentioned in the preceding paragraph are vacant for any reason during the appointment period, they shall be re-appointed. If they are scholars or experts, the convener shall sign the principal to re-appoint them according to their field of expertise.
The term of appointment of the re-appointed member is until the expiry date of the original term.
